Our client is a leading company in the manufacturing Sector in Egypt
Responsibilities:
– Continuous Improvement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aligned with organizational goals, identifying areas for improvement, setting targets, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
– Lean Transformation: Lead the adoption of lean methodologies across departments, promoting principles such as waste reduction, process standardization, and value stream mapping to enhance operational efficiency.
– Process Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, developing solutions to improve cycle times, reduce costs, and boost overall performance.
– Change Management: Act as a change agent to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, providing support and guidance to leaders and employees in embracing lean practices.
– Performance Measurement and Reporting: Create systems and dashboards to monitor progress and track KPIs, reporting on the outcomes of continuous improvement initiatives and building a reward and recognition system for engaged employees.
– Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs on lean methodologies and continuous improvement, empowering teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
– Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and senior leadership, to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals, fostering strong relationships to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field.- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role, in World Class Manufacturing or modern management techniques.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and flowcharts.
- Strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly recommended.
