Responsibilities:
– Prospect and identify new sales leads through various channels, including research, referrals, and cold calling.
– Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to showcase our company’s products or services to potential customers.
– Collaborate with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provide effective sales support.
– Engage with customers and engineers to discuss equipment needs and system requirements.
– Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales transactions, and arrange timely deliveries.
– Conduct research and development to modify and enhance products, ensuring they meet customers’ technical requirements and needs.
– Assist customers who encounter issues with installed products, offering recommendations for improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
– Gather and log client feedback, evaluate the data, and use it to develop new sales and marketing strategies targeting specific customer segments.
– Identify areas for improvement and communicate these issues, along with potential solutions, to upper management.
– Set and achieve sales goals and quotas, demonstrating a track record of surpassing targets.
– Provide technical training to other members of the sales team, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and services.
Requirements:
- Based in #UAE
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Trading, Investment, Brokerage, or Wealth Management industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles and proven success in closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in Financial and Banking sectors, with a solid understanding of related products and services.
- Agile mindset, able to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
