Digital Talent MENA is searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team for one of our clients, based in Nasr City with a hybrid work model.
Our client is a global business transformation company specializing in intelligent automation across the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop job descriptions.
– Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
– Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates.
– Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
– Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
– Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical recruiting or a related role, preferably from a recruitment agency.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and recruiting.
