About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Director to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management, strategic account growth, and financial oversight within the events, marketing, or creative industries.
As an Accounts Director, you will lead key client accounts, manage a small team of account managers/executives, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact events and campaigns. You’ll act as a strategic partner to clients—driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management of major client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and profitability of accounts.
Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and operations teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
Lead, mentor, and support account managers and executives to achieve team objectives.
Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and post-event evaluations.
Ensure all client communications and deliverables align with company standards and brand values.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the events sector.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within an events, marketing, or communications agency.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale events and client portfolios.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools.
